July 15, 2010 - Kick off of the monthy at the Marx Cafe in Mt. Pleasant, Washington, DC is tonight.

And now for something entirely different. My friend Tavo and I are starting a monthly (maybe a weekly?) bar lounge night at the Marx Cafe in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood of Washington, DC tonight with a tasty offering of balearic trance, tech house and progressive house.

Hopefully, this will become a multi-genre showcase of local music with:

Good beer (they have Chimay, on tap. Really).
Sangria pitchers.
and an 18+, no cover pre-party that you can hit before starting your weekend in the D.C. area.

I really hope it works out and hope you can stop by and check the place out.

July 7, 2010 - Miami Bound for the July 9th "Novitech Recordings Label Launch Party" at the Clevelander in South Beach, Miami

I'm very excited, in less than two days, I'll be in sunny South Beach taking a stroll on Ocean Drive. Friday night, I'm privileged to be playing the launch party for my good friend, Mike McGuinness' label NOVITECH. This is their press release from the Facebook event page. The lineup is sick. So is the venue. It's going to be on The Clevelander terrace.

Friday July 9th, 2010 - Novitas with District Ignition, C9 Mix Sessions and support from Trapez and Wish Industry - hosts a world-class lineup of DJs including special guests Deepchild, Steve Duda (BSOD), Paul Mendez, District Ignition's (Ciconte, Christauff and LJ MTX), Hernan Markowicz, and Adrian Ravelo. This event being recorded and highlights being played exclusively on Frisky Radio.

Novitech is doing it right on the beautiful roofdeck of the Clevelander in Miami Beach with 360 degree views of the Miami skyline. Located at 1020 Ocean Drive in the South Beach Miami historic Art Deco district, The Clevelander has been a landmark and hot spot for locals, pro athletes, models and Hollywood glitterati for over 70 years.

May 20, 2010 - Thank you to everyone who came to hear me open for Paul van Dyk last night at Bourbon Street

Doors opened at 8pm. I played till 11:30pm. 3.5 hours. I thought was going to play to an empty room for the first hour and a half. Boy was I wrong. Thank you to everyone who came, danced, partied, and made the event a total success. Steve Gordon and Steez Promo really put on a great event that I was happy to be a part of.
